This book holds Mayflower Church's procedure for funerals and memorial services. It exists to serve grieving families and the congregation with order, dignity, and the hope of the gospel.

The procedure covers the full lifecycle of a funeral at Mayflower — initial contact, planning meeting, service shape, facility logistics, coordination with funeral homes, and follow-up pastoral care. Use it both when a Mayflower member dies and when the congregation extends hospitality to a non-member family.

The book also holds the Mayflower Wedding Policy, migrated from the By-Laws attachments to the Church Operations Plan per Motion 3 (adopted July 26, 2026).
