Principle (from Streamline)

Lukaszewski's principle (placeholder): A written employee handbook protects the church, protects the employee, and removes ambiguity about expectations, benefits, and conduct. It should be specific enough to use, short enough to read.

Mayflower's Current Practice

Week 10 of the implementation. Planned work: outline handbook sections, draft time and communication expectations, draft confidentiality guidelines, draft allowance and benefits section, compile handbook version one. Due May 13, 2026.
