Principle (from Streamline)

Lukaszewski's principle (placeholder): Clarity about who serves where, who reports to whom, and how decisions flow is foundational to healthy operations. The org chart must be findable by leaders when they need it.

Mayflower's Current Practice

Week 6 of the implementation. Work in progress: finalize organization chart, publish to a leader-access location, write a 'how to use the org chart' note, reference the chart in leader meetings, and confirm leader access. Due Apr 19, 2026. **Note:** Shepherding Teams 1–3 are administrative elder/deacon groups only and do **not** appear on the public org chart.
