Welcome to the Streamline Admin System

Purpose

This book is Mayflower Church's operational playbook, organized around the 12 systems identified in Michael Lukaszewski's Streamline: How To Create Healthy Church Systems. It is a living document — pages start as overviews and will grow into procedures, templates, and decision records.

Mission anchor: Building a discipleship community rooted in the knowledge of Christ, driven by faith, empowered to share the Gospel, and committed to welcoming and equipping others in Love and Truth.

How to Use This Book

  • Each chapter covers one system in the rollout sequence.
  • Each chapter begins with an Overview page using the Principle + Mayflower Practice format.
  • Status tags on each page indicate whether the system is Completed, Active, Upcoming, or On Hold.
  • Open Questions at the bottom of each page are deliberately unanswered — they mark decisions still to be made.

Notes on This Build

  • The Principle sections on each overview page are currently placeholders. They will be replaced with direct quotes or summaries from Lukaszewski's book once the source PDF is accessible.
  • The Mayflower's Current Practice sections are populated from existing Oikonomos documents and the Systems Implementation project in Todoist.
  • Shepherding Teams 1–3 are administrative elder/deacon groups only and do not appear on public org charts or ministry directories.
