ARTICLE VIII - Amendments

1. All former constitutions are hereby repealed. Amendments to this Constitution or its By-laws, except as noted in Item 2, may be adopted at any legally called quarterly or special meeting of the Church by two-thirds vote of the Members present and voting, provided notice of the proposed amendment is given in the call for the meeting.
2. Any changes to Articles III and V, and Item 1 of Article VII will require a unanimous vote of all Members present and voting.
